The Northampton Saints and Munster Rugby teams had an intense match at Thomond Park stadium. In the early minutes, Northampton came out very energetic. Their player Alex Mitchell saw a chance near where the players stop beside the line. He was able to smoothly run through for the first points of the game.
As Munster captain Peter O'Mahony watched from the side, all the Northampton substitutes got very excited on the bench. They surrounded O'Mahony while celebrating. Another Northampton player accidentally bumped into O'Mahony as he went past. But O'Mahony got frustrated at the Northampton backup scrumhalf Sam Graham.
To calm things down, Fin Smith from Northampton quickly stepped in. He reassuringly put his hand on O'Mahony's chest. Luckily, the Northampton subs were still very excited about the try. This stopped the problem between O'Mahony and Graham from getting any worse after their first confrontation.
It was a hotly contested match with tensions high on the bench. But the Northampton players' enthusiasm for their teammate's score helped prevent a disagreement from escalating further once it started between the Munster and Northampton players.
